Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and ok90 ("ok90", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of all services, products, games, and features accessible via ok90's website and any associated mobile browser interface.

ok90 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ok90 will display a prominent notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ok90's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with ok90.

Governing Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ok90, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through ok90's tools or imposed through any other recognised responsible gambling scheme.
• You have not previously had an ok90 account closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of ok90 or any of its affiliated technology or game-supply partners.

ok90 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ok90's compliance team will result in temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functions until verification is completed.

Geographic Eligibility

ok90 is designed and operated specifically for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction. ok90 makes no representations that the services are appropriate or available for use in any location other than Bangladesh.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ok90 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

When creating your ok90 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

ok90 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before withdrawals can be processed, you will be required to submit government-issued identification documents confirming your identity, age, and address. Accepted documents include National Identity Card (NID), Passport, and Driver's Licence issued by Bangladeshi authorities.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ok90 Login credentials, including your username and password. ok90 strongly recommends the use of a unique password not used on any other platform and the activation of any available two-factor authentication options. You must notify ok90 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ok90 will not be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access that arises from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Verification Timeline

Deposits & Withdrawals

ok90 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services and banking institutions. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok90 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ok90 account wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank direct transfers. ok90 does not charge a platform-side processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

ok90 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit payment method is owned and controlled by the account holder before processing any withdrawal to that method. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that have been used to make at least one qualifying deposit on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within the following timeframes after approval by ok90's payments team:

• bKash & Nagad: Standard accounts — 2 to 12 hours. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members — same-day processing.
• Rocket & Upay: Up to 24 hours for all account types.
• Bank transfers (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1 to 3 business days.

ok90 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time beyond the standard windows stated above. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review period. Withdrawals cannot be processed to accounts that have not completed the mandatory KYC verification process.

Currency and Exchange

All player balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on ok90 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok90 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs associated with international payment instruments used to access the platform are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

ok90 offers a range of bonus promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed basic account registration and, where stipulated, identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account wallet. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all gameplay unless specifically stated in the offer terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific offer page for contribution rates.
• ok90 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus balances and associated winnings where it determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Bonus Abuse and Exploitation

ok90 monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal variance; the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; coordinated play between accounts to generate artificial wagering volume; and any strategy that ok90's risk team determines to be designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than to engage in genuine recreational play. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may have its account suspended or permanently closed.

Game Rules & Fair Play

ok90's game library includes casino slots, live dealer games, crash and instant games, virtual sports, and a cricket and sports sportsbook. Each game category operates under its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant product page. These Terms govern the overarching framework; individual game rules take precedence for specific gameplay disputes within their category.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games available on ok90 — including slots, virtual table games, and instant games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. ok90 does not alter, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any game after a round has commenced. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages across a large number of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes within individual sessions.

Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

Sports betting markets — including all cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are offered at odds calculated by ok90's trading team. ok90 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or amend odds prior to the commencement of an event in circumstances including but not limited to: confirmed match-fixing investigations, incomplete or abandoned events, data feed errors, and pricing errors identified before settlement. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or not completed within the period specified by ok90's settlement rules will be voided and stakes returned.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform error during a game round or betting event, ok90 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. ok90 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile network interruptions on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or other Bangladeshi network operators.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok90 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances — including real-money funds where permitted by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one ok90 account.
• Identity fraud: Using false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged KYC documents.
• Money laundering: Using the ok90 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that represent the proceeds of criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live blackjack, or multi-player game formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with games.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements or generate guaranteed profit without genuine recreational play intent.
• Chargeback fraud: Disputing legitimate payment transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used for gameplay on ok90.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing ok90 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access ok90 during a self-exclusion period, cooling-off period, or account suspension using a new account, a different device, or a VPN.

Account Closure & Suspension

Closure at Player Request

You may request the permanent closure of your ok90 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or by using the self-exclusion tools available within the account settings dashboard. Upon receipt of a closure request, ok90 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

Closure or Suspension by ok90

ok90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, KYC document forgery, or account impersonation.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or financing of illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Determination by ok90's risk team that continued account operation poses an unacceptable financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to prohibited conduct, fraud, or money laundering, ok90 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to relevant financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity). ok90 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder by email prior to applying dormant account status. A dormant account administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to accounts with a remaining balance. ok90 will not apply dormant fees that result in a negative account balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok90's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ok90 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Amendments to These Terms

ok90 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the ok90 website. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on record. Your continued use of the ok90 platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with ok90's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ok90 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between you and ok90 relating to the same subject matter.
